I am Amber, the blogger behind Amber Grayson and owner of the Premie Pantry. I am a Florida native and live on the East Coast of Florida with my family. I married my best friend September 19, 2017 in San Francisco, one of the best moments of my life. I am a work at home mom and have three boys 15, 12 and nine months, and a one year old German Shepherd. Raising teens and changing diapers, what was I thinking?!
I was thinking I am madly in love with this guy I called Babe, so let’s have a baby. We were over the moon excited after a successful IVF transfer. Time flew by while I was pregnant and I felt great for the most part. Grayson Dickson was born at 32 weeks weighing a whopping 3lbs 9oz. He stayed in the NICU for 32 days. Our life has changed drastically after Grayson’s arrival and if you have had a preemie you know what I am talking about.
Through my experiences with IVF, Pprom, preterm birth to raising teens, I would like to help you navigate the world of parenting. Some of my passions are gardening, shell hunts, lazy beach days, Christmas and my family.
Our mission here at Amber Grayson is to provide real advice and support through actual experiences. No parent should feel alone in their path. We strive to make more people feel a part of this community. We plan to extend the reach of our helping hand at Amber Grayson through informational content and raw stories.
Whether it be Preemie of the Month or something from our Preemie Pantry, we hope you can find something that comforts and helps you throughout your journey of parenthood. We thank you for being a part of this community and encourage you to share these resources with whomever needs them.
You are welcome to keep coming back here to see new content. However, a better option is to subscribe to my newsletter! You will get updates on new posts and special content that is only available to my subscribers.
I am currently attending the University of Georgia as a junior. I am creative and I love to share my ideas with the world. My major is Journalism and I enjoy every bit of it. I found this website to be such an amazing idea as it also supports the art of motherhood and life’s curveballs. There are so many who can benefit from this information and I am so glad to be a part of putting it out in the world. As a college student, I’m hoping to bring a different point of view to this website.
